Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona is forecasted to have a surplus in the budget after the conclusion of the current season.

The surplus amounts to €859 million in revenue and €11 million in net profit after tax payments. The club is optimistic about achieving these goals and ending the season with surpluses.

If the season indeed ends with a surplus, it will allow Barcelona to return to the transfer market under the "1 to 1" rule. This means that every euro earned from player sales can be freely used to sign new players.

Despite a reduction in revenue due to the move from Camp Nou to Montjuïc, the club aims to finish the year with a profit. Additional efforts have been made in the commercial sector (increasing expected revenue from €351 to €378 million) and media sector (increasing revenue from €215 to €245 million) thanks to successful performances in the Champions League. Expenditures on the main team's salaries have been reduced by 27%.

It is worth noting that PSG will try to compensate for the loss of Kylian Mbappé in the summer transfer window by pursuing Barcelona's young star, Lamine Yamal, hoping to settle for a sum of €200 million. However, indications suggest that the 16-year-old player will remain at Camp Nou this summer.
