3. Categories of personal data
3.1. Categories of personal data that the Site Administration may collect from Users to provide access to the functions of the Site and Products:

3.2. Providing information about the User's e-mail address, User's name, address of the User's page in social networks (Facebook, Instagram) is the minimum necessary for registration on the Site.
3.3. Information about the User's last name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, User's phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Skype, Jabber, ICQ and other ways of contacting the User, the name of the country, region and city where the User lives is provided The user additionally on his own initiative.
3.4. Without the User registering/authorizing on the Site and in the Products, the following information can be processed: the User's email address, device ID, location accurate to the city.
4. Purposes of collecting and processing the User's personal data
4.1. The Site Administration collects and stores only those personal data of the User that are necessary to provide full or partial functionality of the Site, Products, except when applicable law provides for mandatory storage of personal data for a period specified by law.
4.2. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data in order to fulfill the contract between the Site Administration and the User, the subject of which is the provision by the Site Administration to the User of access to the use of the Site, its functionality and Products.

5. Transfer of personal data

6. Change and deletion of personal data

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by these Rules are resolved in the manner prescribed by the current legislation, according to the norms of international law.
9.2. These Rules provide for a mandatory pre-trial procedure for settling disputes arising from the terms of application of these Rules. The pre-trial dispute settlement procedure consists in sending a claim by the User to the Site Administration to the e-mail address of the Site Administration [email protected]
9.3. The claim received from the User by the Site Administration is subject to consideration within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt. After considering the received claim, the Site Administration informs the User in writing about the results of the consideration of his claim. The response of the Site Administration is sent in a manner similar to the method of receiving a claim from the User.
