It debuted at this level on June 21st – that was a battle against Portugal. And it unexpectedly won in a pretty confident way – both goals were scored at the end of the first half. The success was followed by the match with Belgium, which took place in three days. The opponent had scored two goals by the break, but the whole confrontation resulted in a 2-2 draw. Tsitaishvili became a hero again: after a couple of assists in the 1st round, it was Georgiy who scored in the battle, giving hope for a comeback.
