Son Heung-min, now playing for Los Angeles FC in Major League Soccer, has dismissed reports suggesting he might return to Europe during the MLS off-season to prepare for the World Cup. With the MLS season beginning in spring and no matches played during the winter, speculation had arisen about a temporary move.
Details: The South Korean forward made it clear he has no intention of leaving LAFC. He emphasised his respect for the club and his commitment to staying with the team.
Quote: “I will not leave LAFC this winter—or ever, as long as I’m here. I have deep respect for this club. As long as I wear this badge, there will be no talk of loans or transfers. Never,” said Son Heung-min.
Earlier, it was reported that FIFA has begun selling parking spaces near stadiums for the 2026 World Cup. Prices range from $75 to $175 per spot, while third-category tickets for group-stage matches will cost $69.
Reminder: The 2026 FIFA World Cup, set to take place in the summer, will mark the final chapter of Cristiano Ronaldo’s legendary career.
