The State Council of Italy has completed the review of appeals filed by Juventus in the 'Calciopoli' case, a corruption scandal in Italian football.

The club was seeking compensation of 443 million euros due to Inter's awarded Scudetto for the 2005/06 season. This legal process began back in 2011, and after several appeals, Juventus definitively withdrew its appeal in October last year. However, the club continued to demand reimbursement of legal costs.

As a result, the State Council ruled that Juventus must pay 5 million euros each to Inter and the Italian Football Federation.

The 'Calciopoli' scandal gained widespread attention in 2006 when the Italian police initiated an investigation, accusing five clubs, including Juventus, of influencing referees' decisions. Each club faced sanctions, including Juventus' relegation to Serie B.
