Beckham already knows. Messi will leave Inter Miami

Lionel Messi is set to depart Inter Miami. His contract with the club runs out in December, and the player has already decided not to renew his deal. Messi's main objective is to compete in the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. After that tournament, he plans to hang up his boots for good.
According to El Nacional, the Argentine star intends to end his football career at Newell's Old Boys—the club where he began playing as a child, long before his move to Spain.
A return to Barcelona was genuinely considered, as were options from Saudi Arabia, where he was offered record-breaking terms that could have made him the highest-paid athlete in history.
It's noted that Messi is not interested in relocating to a country where his family would feel uncomfortable. Despite David Beckham's efforts to keep the superstar at Inter Miami, the Argentine has made his final decision to move on.
