Details: According to The Topsklills UK, 42-year-old Mexican referee Cesar Arturo Ramos is currently in Qatar and cannot leave the country due to ongoing military conflict.

Reports indicate that Cesar was scheduled to fly from Dubai to Mexico, but his flight was rerouted and forced to land in Qatar because of the threat of a missile attack.

At present, the referee's life is not in danger, and he is staying in one of the hotels. The Mexican Football Federation has taken the situation under personal control and is doing everything possible to ensure Cesar Arturo Ramos can soon return home.
