Here we go! Liverpool legend is moving to Turkey

Fabinho is on the verge of opening a new chapter in his career.

Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Trabzonspor have reached a verbal agreement to sign former Liverpool midfielder Fabinho. The Brazilian is currently available as a free agent after leaving Saudi club Al-Ittihad this summer.

The deal is already moving toward its final stages. Trabzonspor are arranging Fabinho's trip to Turkey within the next 24–48 hours, while a medical examination has also been booked in case everything proceeds according to plan.

Romano also reports that Jorge Mendes is involved in the operation. For now, the agreement remains verbal, with the remaining formalities expected to be completed after the midfielder arrives in Turkey.

Fabinho became a free agent earlier in August after Al-Ittihad officially confirmed his departure. The Brazilian spent three seasons with the Saudi club after moving there from Liverpool in the summer of 2023.

It is worth noting that Fabinho made 219 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 11 goals and providing 9 assists. During his spell at Anfield, the Brazilian won both the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
