Scandal. Leicester accuse EPL of showing false VAR image in match against Crystal Palace

Leicester played a draw with Crystal Palace last weekend (2:2). The Foxes were winning 2-0, but then squandered the victory - a double was scored by Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Mateta's first goal was initially ruled offside, but after a VAR review, the referees changed the decision to award the goal. This sparked outrage from Leicester head coach Steve Cooper.
Details: Leicester and the coach accuse the Premier League of covering up the true VAR image. Cooper believes the referees used the wrong image to show Matete's offside lines. According to the coach, the APL decided that Matete was in the game by using the wrong angle of the image.
The club even lodged a protest with the EPL in an attempt to get their point across about the episode.
Quote: “We have seen various images which show that Mateta was clearly offside. But unfortunately they froze them at the wrong time, and he was adjudged to be onside in the game. All that was seen was a false image.
On Monday, we showed the Premier League clear footage that the game was actually stopped at the wrong time.
Decisions are made against you, whether it's in the game or VAR, and we had a serious error that was against us. We don't want that to go unnoticed. I don't think it's right for the players or for the fans. We were very disappointed with that. We needed to stand up for the club and tell the Premier League what we think,” said Cooper.

Recall: Leicester are still seeking their first win since returning to the elite division, having drawn with Tottenham, then lost to Aston Villa and Fulham.
