Paulus Masehe explains to the events which led to Sekhukhune United head coach Cedric Kaze red card

Sekhukhune United assistant coach Paulos Masehe has given his side of the story on what led to the dismissal of Cedric Kaze.

Kaze was sent off in what was a confusing incident last night in a Betway Premiership match between Orlando Pirates and Sekhukhune United.

Pirates won the game 2-0 at the Orlando Amstel Arena but the Kaze sending off took centre stage.

“There was a moment of misunderstanding between the fourth official and the referee, the honest question that our coach was asking is ‘why are you taking so long?’,” said Masehe when asked about what happened.

“But from whatever frustration from the fourth official, she ended up telling the referee, the coach is using uncomfortable language.”
This means Kaze will miss Babina Noko's Saturday second leg match against Pirates at the Orlando Amstel Arena.
