The Senegalese centre-back has signed a contract running until 2031.
Ibrahima Ba, who was due to join RC Strasbourg a week ago but failed his medical, did not have to wait long to find a new club. The 21-year-old Senegalese will continue his career at Sporting CP in the Portuguese league.
The centre-back, who joins Sporting CP from Famalicao, has signed a five-year contract running until 2031. His release clause is set at 80 million euros.
This marks an important milestone in Ibrahima Ba’s young career.
