Bristol City have stunned fans with a dramatic shake-up in their managerial ranks.

It has been reported that Struber left alongside his entire coaching staff, and Hodgson will take charge until the end of the current season. After that, a new manager will be appointed to lead the team.
Hodgson’s last managerial post was at Crystal Palace, which he left in 2024, and he has been out of work since then.
This appointment makes Roy Hodgson one of the oldest head coaches in modern professional football.
At the moment, Bristol City sit 16th in the English Championship with 51 points from 39 matches. The team is currently on a six-game winless streak, five of which ended in defeat—ultimately sealing Struber’s fate.
