London's defense is getting stronger! Tottenham eyeing Koundé from Barcelona

Tottenham are considering a move for Barcelona defender Jules Koundé in this summer’s transfer window.

This summer has already been historic for Tottenham: the club has spent nearly £230 million, including £52 million for Jan Paul van Hecke and free agent signings of Marcos Senesi and Andy Robertson.
