Como included an absurd buyout clause in the loan deal of their player

Italian side Como have exceeded all expectations this season, putting in a solid performance for a newly-promoted team. But the club also showed sharp business acumen on the transfer market, essentially turning nothing into profit.
Details: Last summer, Como loaned out their striker Jean-Pierre Nsame to Legia Warsaw. As it turns out, the Italian club inserted a buyout obligation into the loan agreement, binding Legia to purchase the Frenchman as soon as the team earned even a single point in a match in which the forward played.
Quote: “I am no longer a Como player. Hardly anyone knows this. Even Transfermarkt has it wrong. The move to Legia Warsaw was a loan, but with a mandatory buyout clause. It was triggered when I scored my first goal. So I was already a Legia player from the first match they didn’t lose in the Ekstraklasa,” he revealed in an interview with Blick.
Recall: Earlier reports stated that during the summer transfer window, Como was ready to allocate an incredible €80–100 million for new signings.
