Language scandal? Fans criticize Koundé for speaking English on Snapchat!

Barcelona and France defender Jules Koundé has hit back at a wave of criticism from French fans who were unhappy that the footballer communicates in English in his Snapchat posts.

Since these fields genuinely interest the footballer and influence his development, he made an effort to learn the language and now enjoys speaking it.

Koundé made it clear that he has no intention of conforming to other people’s expectations and will continue switching freely between French, English and Spanish in his media presence, advising his critics to simply get used to it.
