Barcelona continues to reduce the number of players. Two newcomers leave the team at once

Barcelona's financial situation remains precarious, as the club continues to struggle with freeing up the wage bill to register new players. At least one newcomer, Spanish national team star Dani Olmo, has already joined the Catalan club but has yet to be registered in La Liga.
As a result, Barcelona has been forced to part ways with some of its players. Today, it was revealed that two recent signings, Mikayil Faye and Vitor Roque, will be leaving the team.
Barcelona has officially announced the departure of Faye. The Senegalese defender will join French side Rennes. During his one season in Spain, the 20-year-old did not make an appearance for the senior team, instead playing 35 matches for Barcelona's reserve side, Barça Atlètic. Last summer, Barcelona paid €1.5 million for Faye, and within a year, his market value significantly increased. He has now moved to the French club for €11 million. It is reported that Barcelona retains a 30% sell-on clause for his future transfers.
The second player is Vitor Roque. The Brazilian only joined Barcelona in the winter but failed to earn Xavi's trust. He did not feature in any Champions League matches and watched all of the key La Liga games from the bench.
Roque's new club will be Real Betis. The 19-year-old forward has already flown to Seville, where he will sign a contract. According to Mundo Deportivo, Roque will join Betis on a two-year loan with an option to buy for €25 million. If Betis exercises the buyout option, Barcelona will retain 20% of any future sale and hold a buy-back option for €27.5 million.
It is worth noting that Barcelona has already played two matches in the new La Liga season, securing narrow 2-1 victories in both.
