Çorum FK have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Youssoufa Moukoko from FC Copenhagen. The former Borussia Dortmund striker has accepted the move and is preparing to begin a new chapter in Turkey.

Details: Fabrizio Romano reports that Moukoko has agreed to join Çorum FK and will undergo a medical in Turkey. The transfer follows a report from Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu.

The move would bring another major change in Moukoko’s career after his switch from Borussia Dortmund to Copenhagen. Once regarded as one of the outstanding attacking prospects in German football, the forward made his senior debut for Dortmund at a remarkably young age and also represented Germany at international level. His path has since included the challenge of establishing himself consistently in senior football. Copenhagen offered him a new environment and valuable experience, but Çorum FK now appear ready to provide the next destination. The Turkish club are looking to add attacking quality, and Moukoko’s arrival would be a notable statement. At 21, he still has significant time to rebuild momentum and show the ability that made him one of Europe’s most closely watched young strikers. A move to Türkiye would also give the player a different league, a fresh dressing room and the chance to take on greater responsibility. The medical examination is expected to be the next key step before the agreement can be finalised. If completed, the transfer would end Moukoko’s stay in Denmark and open a new phase in the former Dortmund forward’s career.

It’s worth noting that Çorum FK are competing in the Turkish Süper Lig for the first time in the club’s history. Signing a player with Moukoko’s background would be one of the most eye-catching additions of their campaign.
