Moses Mabhida Stadium touted as a possible venue for the Orlanod Pirates-Mamelodi Sundowns MTN8 final

Moses Mabhida Stadium is touted as the possible venue for the Orlando Pirates versus Mamelodi Sundowns MTN8 final.

The Premier Soccer League is yet to reveal the host stadium for the 10 October final but the 2010 World Cup venue in Durban is the likely choice.

Last season's final was played at Nelspruit's Mbombela Stadium which is another world class venue used during the 2010 global spectacle but it is said that the league was not happy with logistics in that city.

For a long time, Moses Mabhida was a preferred choice for PSL's final competitions and last season's change to Mbombela was to stop that trend.

It proved costly for the PSL as it was a logistical nightmare with traffic and general organisation being out of hand.

And for this season's final between Pirates and Sundowns, the PSL have mentioned that they are only going to Moses Mabhida Stadium and nowhere else.
