They've reached an agreement! Jamie Gittens joins Chelsea

The talented Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens is heading back home. The 20-year-old Englishman will play for London’s Chelsea from next season, returning to the academy where he spent his childhood years.

According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, the German club will receive £55 million for the player. Gittens’ contract with the Blues will run until the summer of 2032, with other terms of the transfer remaining undisclosed.

Interestingly, Borussia had previously rejected Chelsea’s offers twice, but the third attempt proved successful. The winger will soon undergo a medical, as both teams are currently in the USA for the Club World Cup.
