The list of contenders for Stuttgart's striker Serhou Guirassy continues to grow.

According to reputable journalist Florian Plettenberg, serious interest in the Bundesliga's second top scorer this season is coming from Manchester United and Newcastle. These clubs are prepared to compete for the 27-year-old forward in the upcoming winter transfer window.

Premier League representatives will face competition from various other clubs, notably Borussia Dortmund, who also aim to bolster their attacking line with the Guinean player.

Guirassyhas been a standout revelation this Bundesliga season, netting 16 goals in 12 matches in the German championship. Additionally, he scored twice in country cup matches. On average, he scores a goal every 58 minutes.

Stuttgart acquired Guirassy's contract from French side Rennes last summer for nine million euros. It was reported that his current club inserted a significantly low release clause - less than 20 million euros - in the forward's contract.

In total, the Swabians' striker has scored 32 goals in 42 matches across all competitions. Transfermarkt values Serhouat 40 million euros.
