The legendary José Mourinho has found a new club after a brief hiatus from coaching.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Portuguese manager will become the new head coach of Fenerbahçe. Mourinho has already agreed to a two-year contract with the Istanbul club, and the announcement could be made as early as today.
There were earlier reports of interest from Beşiktaş.
Mourinho was dismissed from Roma in January this year, and Daniele De Rossi was appointed as his replacement. Previously, Mourinho has managed Chelsea, Tottenham, Inter, Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Porto.
Last season, Fenerbahçe accumulated 99 points in the Turkish Super Lig but fell short of the championship, losing out to Galatasaray.
