England fans have been hit with disappointing news: the upcoming Nations League away fixture against Croatia will be played behind closed doors, meaning they won't be able to attend the match.
Details: UEFA has officially confirmed that the clash between Croatia and England, scheduled for October 3, 2026, will take place without spectators. In addition, Croatia has been handed a hefty fine and banned from selling tickets for their first away match (against Czechia).

It's important to note that these sanctions are not related to the behavior of English fans and have been imposed solely on the Croatian side. The disciplinary measures stem from incidents caused by Croatian supporters during last year's Nations League quarterfinal against France. On that occasion, fans set off pyrotechnics, threw objects onto the pitch, and chanted prohibited slogans, prompting UEFA to issue harsh penalties.
Reminder: England head coach Thomas Tuchel hinted that Real Madrid is concealing details about Bellingham's injury.
