Real Madrid and PSG enter the race: Bayern Munich set staggering price for superstar
Michael Olise continues to attract the attention of Europe’s top clubs. Following impressive performances for Bayern Munich and France at the 2026 World Cup, the 24-year-old winger has emerged as a target for PSG and Real Madrid.
According to journalist Ekrem Konur, both giants are closely monitoring the situation. Preliminary contacts through intermediaries have already taken place, although there have been no official negotiations between the clubs yet. Olise is being considered as a potential top transfer target for both sides in January 2027.
Bayern Munich, however, have no intention of letting their star leave easily. Olise’s contract runs until 30 June 2029, while the club’s hierarchy and coaching staff are completely satisfied with his progress and contribution to the team.
According to sources, Bayern value the player at €200–230 million. Such a fee could prove a major obstacle to any potential transfer. The Munich club are prepared to consider an offer only if it comes with truly substantial compensation.
Olise’s salary is another issue. The Frenchman wants to move closer to the earnings of the club’s highest-paid players, in particular Harry Kane and Jamal Musiala. A contract package worth around €25 million per year is reportedly under discussion.
