Cruz Azul vs Vancouver Whitecaps. For the third year in a row, a Mexican club wins the CONCACAF Champions Cup

In the early hours of Monday, June 2, the final match of the CONCACAF Champions Cup took place, with Mexico's Cruz Azul facing off against MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps.
The outcome of the match and the championship title were decided in the first half. Cruz Azul netted four goals in the opening 45 minutes, leaving their opponents unable to register a single accurate shot in response.
After the break, the Mexican team continued to dictate the pace, though they didn't replicate their earlier scoring frenzy. Cruz Azul added another goal to seal the result in this one-sided encounter.
With a score of 5-0, they crushed Vancouver and won their seventh title in the history of the CONCACAF Champions League. The team last celebrated victory in this tournament back in 2014.
