We have only seen one practice during the Singapore Grand Prix, as we already have the first scandal, which is related to Red Bull driver Max Verstappen.

According to the FIA ruling, the reigning F1 number one used a foul word in a press conference after the first practice and this was interpreted for using language they deemed ‘rude, ill-mannered or likely to cause offence’. The Dutchman was punished with ‘public corrective labour’.

Verstappen apologised for the foul language, but at the same time noted that this is a common word that he learned, since English is not his native language.

Recall that in the first practice the Dutchman drove 22 laps and took the fourth place. The second practice will be held today, 20 September and starts at 15:00 CET. Earlier, we published the full schedule of the Grand Prix of Singapore.
