Tottenham Reach Verbal Agreement with Egyptian Forward Omar Marmoush
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush as negotiations with Manchester City continue over a potential transfer.
According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Marmoush and Tottenham have reached a full verbal agreement on personal terms.
Talks between Spurs and Manchester City are also progressing well, with an agreement between the two clubs expected unless there is a late change in negotiations.
There has been no official confirmation from either club at the time of writing.
Marmoush has emerged as one of Tottenham’s key attacking targets as new manager Roberto De Zerbi continues to reshape his squad ahead of the new season.
Tottenham have already completed a separate deal to sign Brazilian winger Savinho from Manchester City, and Marmoush could now follow his City teammate to North London.
