San Lorenzo Eyes Quilmes’ Leandro Allende to Fill Left-Side Gap

Following Malcom Braida’s transfer to Boca Juniors, San Lorenzo is urgently seeking a reinforcement for the left flank. New head coach Damián Ayude has set his sights on Leandro Allende, a dynamic left-sided player currently at Quilmes. According to TyC Sports, Ayude personally reached out to Allende to gauge his interest in a move.
Allende has been a regular starter this year, with 19 appearances and one goal in the 2025 season. The 24-year-old’s versatility and energy make him an ideal candidate to fill the void left by Braida, though no formal offer has yet been submitted to Quilmes. The club has expressed interest in a loan deal but is still assessing how to proceed.
Quilmes hasn’t marked Allende as transferable, but that may depend on the plans of new manager Aldo Pedro Duscher. Should the move go through, Quilmes would be allowed to bring in a replacement, with veteran Lionel Vangioni currently sidelined and Agustín Bindella as the only other option in that position.
