"I'm not as tough". Francis Ngannou reveals how he survived the death of his son

PFL heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou shared a deeply personal reflection about the loss of his son.
Quote: "When it happened, I realized I'm not as tough as I thought. You kind of ask yourself, ‘Will this ever end?’ You think it never will, and you just have to learn to live with it... I don't think a lifetime is enough to grieve,” Ngannou said, as quoted by Championship Rounds.
Reminder: Ngannou's son died in April this year. He was one and a half years old.
On October 19, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the "Battle of Giants," Ngannou faced PFL champion Renan Ferreira. The Franco-Cameroonian knocked out his Brazilian opponent in the first round, claiming the championship title (PFL — Professional Fighters League).
Ngannou had previously fought twice in professional boxing before announcing his return to MMA. He first lost in a close fight to Tyson Fury and was then knocked out by Anthony Joshua. The referee stopped the bout in the second round after Ngannou went down from a punch by “AJ.”
