Pochettino commented on his team's victory over Luton

Chelsea's head coach, Mauricio Pochettino, shared his thoughts on today's victorious match of his team. The Blues narrowly secured a win in the away game against Luton (3-2).

"I'm so pleased and happy because we needed to show a great performance to beat Luton. From their previous matches, it's noticeable how difficult they are to break down; they come back into the game. I think they set a great example. They do good work, and playing against them at their stadium is tough. It seems I managed the situation when we needed to secure the win. I think Luton's manager is doing a fantastic job. It's tough to play against them here.

"We have a very young team. We need to work together to build trust and confidence. It's the kind of result when everyone in the team fights for each other. It helps and overall is a good thing. We need to aim for that kind of attitude consistently because we have the quality," - said Pochettino.

It's worth noting that Chelsea will conclude this calendar year in the 10th position. The Blues will play their next match on January 6th, hosting Preston in the English Cup.
