This summer, Manchester United signed Lille defender Leny Yoro, but the youngster has yet to make his official debut due to a serious injury. However, his return seems imminent.
Details: According to journalist Samuel Luckhurst, Yoro has traveled with the squad to London for the match against Arsenal.
Recently, United’s head coach indicated that Yoro is close to being included in the matchday squad for the Arsenal game. Manager Rúben Amorim believes that the young defender has finally regained his fitness.
To recap: The 18-year-old Yoro joined Manchester United from Lille during the summer transfer window for €62 million.
The promising young talent has yet to make his debut for the “Red Devils” after suffering a foot injury in a preseason match against Arsenal in July. In August, the Frenchman underwent successful surgery.
