Keylor Navas not thinking about retirement, close to joining Brazilian giant

For almost seven months, former Real Madrid and PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas has been without a club. While his age, 38, and the lack of a team could prompt others to consider retirement, it’s not the case for him.
Details: In an interview with Globo Esporte, Navas' agent, Luciano Emilio, revealed that he and his client are in negotiations with Brazilian club Grêmio regarding the terms of a personal contract. However, it is still unclear at what stage the talks are.
Reminder: After leaving PSG in July 2024, Navas was close to joining Italian club Monza, but the deal fell through when the terms couldn’t be agreed upon. Following Marc-André ter Stegen’s injury, Barcelona considered the Costa Rican as a potential option, but ultimately chose Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny.
