A Real Madrid fan, who was ejected from the stadium for making a Nazi salute during the match against Benfica, has made a series of sensational statements in his own defense.
Details: The man vehemently denies any affiliation with Nazi ideology, claiming that his lifestyle is completely at odds with such views. His argument is based on deeply personal facts: according to the supporter, he has two adopted Black children—Kalu and Abdu—and his marriage was officiated by a man of non-traditional orientation.
The fan’s excuses took an even stranger turn when he started talking about his hobbies.
“Nazis don’t interact with Black people, gays, or dress up as women like I do. I own six gypsy dresses, I wear makeup, and I dress up as a woman,” he stated.
He claimed the gesture was just a random movement he often makes while playing football or simply when shouting “Hala Madrid.”
The most bizarre moment in the fan’s defense was his confession of complete political ignorance. The man insists that until yesterday, he thought the word “nazi” was an alcohol brand.
“I thought Nazi was a brand of gin. I even said I wanted to buy two bottles of nazi, and only later did I find out what it really means,” the supporter shared.
It’s worth noting that the match itself ended with a 2-1 victory for the Madrid club, bringing the aggregate score after two legs to 3-1 in Real’s favor.
