Today, in a regular season MLS match, Inter Miami traveled to Canada to face Vancouver Whitecaps.

Of the former Barcelona stars, only Jordi Alba took to the field, while the others were given a rest by the coach. Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, and Sergio Busquets watched the game from the stands. Nonetheless, their absence did not prevent the team from securing a victory.

Just before halftime, Alba delivered a superb pass from nearly the center of the field to Robert Taylor, who found the net. After the break, Taylor turned provider, assisting Leonardo Campana in the opponent's penalty area. The hosts managed to pull one back late in the game through a converted penalty by Gauld. The match ended with a narrow win for Inter Miami.
