Former captain and legend of English Manchester United, Gary Neville, believes that despite a series of setbacks, Arsenal still contends for the Premier League title in the 2023/24 season:

"I'm not changing my prediction; you can't jump off the ship halfway through the season. They haven't fallen out of the race.

There'll be disappointment within themselves, and Arsenal fans will be feeling disappointed over the last two or three weeks because they, for me, have missed an opportunity to put themselves in a fantastic position.

It's not a position where you could definitively say they will be champions, but a gap of four, five, six points that they could have acquired over the last few weeks.

They've had a tough period, but they can come back, and they're still capable of winning the league. The issue is in the attacking third; there's been a problem with delivering the ball into the box."

In the previous round, Arsenal lost to Fulham away with a score of 1-2.
