Forward Alexander Isak of Newcastle scored one of the goals against Brentford in the 38th round of the English Premier League. This precise strike marked the Swedish forward's 25th goal across all competitions in the outgoing season.
Isak became the first Newcastle player to score more than 25 goals in all competitions in a single season since club legend Alan Shearer in the 2003–04 campaign (28).
The 24-year-old Isak joined Newcastle in 2022 from Real Sociedad. The Magpies paid €70 million for the talented Swedish footballer.
Transfermarkt also values the player at €70 million. Isak's contract with Newcastle is set to expire in June 2028.
