The Indomitable Lions arrive in Garoua ahead of their clash with the Comoros

David Pagou and his squad received a warm welcome from fans on their arrival.

The Indomitable Lions had initially been based in Yaoundé since the official opening of their camp on 20 September. However, the squad left the Cameroonian capital for the city of Garoua on Tuesday 22 September.

The players and members of the coaching staff arrived in northern Cameroon a short while ago. They were greeted with great enthusiasm in the Northern Region.

It is in Garoua that the Indomitable Lions will prepare for their opening match in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Cameroon will host the Comoros on 24 September on the first matchday of the qualifying campaign. The match will be played at the Roumdé Adjia Stadium.

Following this first fixture, the Indomitable Lions will travel to the Republic of the Congo for the second matchday of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. In Brazzaville, they will face the Red Devils on 29 September at the Alphonse Massambat-Débat Stadium.
