According to the experienced Polish striker, those players are Kylian Mbappé and Jude Bellingham.

"It's hard to say who the best football player in the world is because we still have the European Championship ahead and decisive matches in the Champions League. But at the moment, Kylian Mbappé and Jude Bellingham are the most outstanding players in the world," said Lewandowski.

Such a response may not sit well with Barcelona fans, as Bellingham represents Real Madrid, and Mbappé will join the Royal club in the summer.

20-year-old Bellingham has scored 21 goals and provided 10 assists in 36 matches for Real. 25-year-old Mbappé has scored 43 goals and provided 10 assists in 44 matches for PSG.
