The management of PSG has failed to pay their forward, Kylian Mbappé, his salary for April, which now threatens them with serious consequences.

According to RMC Sport, if the club fails to meet its financial obligations within 30 days, the player can send an official notice, giving the offending club another ten days to fulfill its obligations. If they do not comply, the player can appeal to FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber.

The chamber can impose various penalties on the club, ranging from a simple warning to a reprimand, fines, or even a ban on registering new players for one or two transfer windows. In all cases, the party that breaches the contract without just cause is obliged to pay compensation.

It is noteworthy that the total amount PSG saved on Mbappé is around 80 million euros. The club believes it is justified in its actions because Mbappé had promised last summer to forgo the loyalty bonus if he left the club.
