Premier League clubs have expressed frustration at the secrecy in the Manchester City case

English football has entered the most tense phase of its existence, if not of its entire existence, then of the last few years for sure - the hearing in the case of Manchester City's 115 breaches of financial fair play has begun. However, other Premier League clubs have questions about the process.
According to The Telegraph, the Premier League is facing concerns from clubs over the secrecy of the process. This is due to Premier League rules, although they reserve the right to keep a transcript of meetings. A rule change against the backdrop of the Everton, Leicester and Nottingham Forest processes has been long overdue, but it is unlikely that clubs will go for it.
Now the clubs only have information about the main charges and the seasons when they occurred, and also know the place where the hearing is held - the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in London.
Earlier it became known that in Manchester City itself the mood is calm, and the club has already conveyed to the players that the ‘citizens’ are not guilty of anything and the process will be calm.
