Financial fair-play for nothing? Everton has completed their second summer transfer window

Everton faced problems last season due to financial fair play, but it seems they have been overcome at Goodison Park and the Toffees are once again processing incoming transfers.
Barring a player swap with Aston Villa, it's fair to say Everton have formalised their first entrance transfer this summer by signing Marcel Iliman Ndiaye, a striker.
The Toffees have not disclosed the transfer fee, but reported that the 24-year-old forward has signed a contract with the club until June 2029. According to the portal Transfermarkt, the transfer to the club from Liverpool cost 18 million euros.
Ndiaye returned to England after a season in France, because before moving to Marseille he played for Sheffield United. For the French club, the Senegalese played 46 matches, in which he scored 4 goals and gave five assists.
