Bad news for English clubs. Summer transfer windows will close earlier

This summer is set to be unique, as there will be two open transfer windows. Still, there's a downside to this scenario.
Details: According to Sky Sports, the summer transfer windows in England will close at 7:00 p.m. local time, instead of the usual 11:00 p.m. This change has reportedly been introduced to provide a more manageable working schedule for staff across the football industry.
It is also expected that other leagues will follow England’s lead. Typically, clubs have two hours after the window closes to finalize deals, but only if the required paperwork is submitted to the football association by 7 p.m.
The same process applies for signing players from abroad, but clubs usually have until midnight to meet FIFA requirements.
Reminder: The first summer transfer window will run from June 1 to June 10, triggered by the Club World Cup. The second window will open on June 16 and close on September 1. The longer-than-usual window is also believed to have contributed to the change in deadlines.
