Another exception? The fate of a Conference League participant remains uncertain

Today, June 18, the draw for the second qualifying round of the Conference League will take place. To the surprise of many, a note has appeared next to several participants, indicating that their participation still needs to be confirmed—and now, the reason is clear.
Details: These notes are found next to Slovak club DAC Dunajská Streda and Hungarian club Győr. The issue is that both clubs are owned by Hungarian businessman Oszkár Világi, and, most likely, UEFA has raised concerns regarding the multi-ownership rule, the very rule that recently doomed Irish side Drogheda.
One of the clubs may be excluded from European competition, and most likely, that will be DAC, since both teams finished fourth in their respective leagues. In such cases, the league's position in the UEFA coefficient rankings determines priority. The Hungarian league ranks higher than the Slovak league, so Győr would take precedence.
Reminder: Last season already saw a case when matches were not played after the draw. Ukrainian club Dnipro-1 faced financial difficulties and did not show up for their matches against Hungarian side Puskás Akadémia. Their opponents were awarded 3-0 technical victories in both legs and advanced to the next round.
