What a drama! Russell got disqualified, and Hamilton is the new winner of the Belgian Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton is the new winner of the Belgian Grand Prix after his teammate George Russell's car was found to be under the FIA's minimum weight limit. Russell was the fastest on the track, but an investigation began after the race concluded. It was discovered that Russell's car was 1.5 kg below the permissible weight.
According to Sky Sports, Russell's Mercedes weighed 796.5 kg. Initially, the car met the weight limit of 798 kg, but it fell below this value after fuel was drained in accordance with the rules.
"Car 63 was weighed on both the FIA internal and external scales, and both scales showed the same result of 796.5 kg. The calibration of both scales was confirmed and certified by the participant," the stewards' ruling stated.
As a result, the victory at Spa went to Hamilton, who had finished second on the track. The second place was awarded to McLaren's Oscar Piastri, and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc took third.
