Unexpectedly, Man United increased its enterprise value over the year despite the team's struggles

The 2024/2025 season was, to put it mildly, turbulent for Manchester United. Nevertheless, the club's financial valuation has seen a slight uptick.
Details: According to a report from the Football Benchmark Group on the enterprise value of European clubs—which factors in both overall club equity and net debt—Manchester United ranks third in Europe with a valuation of £4.2 billion, up 4% compared to the previous reporting period.
Manchester United is a billion pounds behind Real Madrid, the current leader. Second place goes to local rivals Manchester City, who edge United by £40 million.
No other clubs managed to surpass the £4 billion mark. Rounding out the top five are Barcelona (£3.71 billion) and Bayern Munich (£3.56 billion).
Reminder: Earlier, it was reported that Manchester United management supported Ruben Amorim's idea to part ways with winger Alejandro Garnacho this summer.
