Inclement weather has disrupted the schedules of several major tennis tournaments.
Details: Torrential rain at the joint ATP and WTA 250 grass-court events in 's-Hertogenbosch forced organizers to urgently halt all ongoing matches. Initially, as a light drizzle began, players remained on court, hoping to resume play. However, the rain soon intensified, forcing staff to quickly cover the courts with protective tarps and prompting an official delay of at least an hour.

At the heart of this forced pause in the Netherlands is Ukrainian tennis star Dayana Yastremska, whose clash against Australia’s Ajla Tomljanovic was halted right in the heat of the action. Other players awaiting better weather include Daniil Medvedev, who is facing Boogaard, Croatian veteran Marin Cilic in his match against Borges, and the doubles duo McNally - Sierra.
Meanwhile, similar issues have struck the prestigious Queen's Club tournament in London. Just as it seemed the skies over the British capital had cleared and organizers announced play would soon resume, rain returned to London with renewed intensity. Players were forced to hurriedly leave the grass courts and retreat to the locker rooms. The umpire committee is closely monitoring the playing surface, but no matches will resume until the rain stops completely.
It’s worth noting that in London, Elena Rybakina is set to play Tatjana Maria, while Romanian star Sorana Cirstea will face Britain's Emma Raducanu.
