Even a change of coach did not convince midfielder Joshua Kimmich to stay at Bayern, and the German national team player has been the subject of an intense battle between English clubs.

According to Caught Offside, Manchester City and Manchester United have a new face in the form of Liverpool on the list of traditional suitors for the 29-year-old.

The Merseysiders have switched to Kimmich after Juventus were the frontrunners to sign another transfer target in the form of Teun Koopmeiners.

Bayern are believed to be willing to consider offers for the midfielder, which will start from €30 million.

All because Kimmich's contract expires in 2025 and there is no indication yet that a new deal will be signed.

But, the suitor for the player needs to reckon with his €20 million salary, which he currently receives in Munich.
