Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou on their supporters: Please give players encouragement because they rely on you to perform in all the games

Abdeslam Ouaddou has appealed to Orlando Pirates supporters to stop turning against their own players.

Ouaddou said the supporters are the number one source of motivation for the players yet the Sea Robbers faithful have been doing less of than that.

"When you see players performing with trust and confidence, it is because they feel supported," Ouaddou told the media.

"Players are not afraid to make mistakes when they feel supported."

"But today, they felt fantastic support from our fans, and that is exactly what we are looking for."

"I am ready to accept the criticism, but not our boys, please," said the mentor.

"We need to support our players. They are still young, and some of them are just starting at a big club like this, so we shouldn't put them under pressure."
