Abdeslam Ouaddou on Relebohile Mofokeng's hat-trick against TS Galaxy: He has to work more harder to score like that again for our PSL challenge

Abdeslam Ouaddou has encouraged Relebohile Mofokeng to work harder in order to deliver more hat-tricks for Orlando Pirates.

The Pirates coach was pleased by his player’s display on Sunday in Mbombela where they beat TS Galaxy 6-0 in a Betway Premiership tie.

The victory saw Pirates go on top of the PSL standings with 51 points, just one point more than second placed and PSL defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns.

"It's good for the log for us in terms of goal difference, and these three goals have to show him that it's not the end. He has to keep working and maybe some more hat-tricks in the future as well," Ouaddou told the journalists.

“I think it's important for him, but it's important for the team, for the club as well. A young boy, a boy that is scoring a hat trick, it will give him trust, it will give him confidence as well to see that he can definitely perform at a high level. So it's good for him.”

Mofokeng is with Bafana Bafana this week as they face Panama in a friendly international. And he will be expected to play a key role like he does at Pirates.
