Details: Today, in the opening round of AFCON Group D, DR Congo faces Benin and the start of the match has already had fans jumping out of their seats.
In the 16th minute, Congolese forward Théo Bongonda opened the scoring after an absolutely disastrous error by Benin's center-back, Yohan Roche, who simply dodged a ball flying towards him, giving Bongonda an open shot at his own goal.
At the moment, the score stands at 1-0 in favor of DR Congo, but Benin is desperately trying to recover from their costly mistake.
