Vlade Divac—a true NBA icon and Sacramento Kings legend, whose jersey number has been permanently retired by the franchise—recently experienced a deeply unfortunate incident.
Details: The former basketball star was involved in a road accident in Montenegro. He fell off a motorcycle and suffered a broken hip. According to the Daily Mail, Divac has already undergone emergency surgery and received an artificial hip implant.

Vlade Divac is a two-time Olympic silver medalist and a two-time world champion. Over 16 NBA seasons, he played 1,134 regular season games, scored 13,364 points, grabbed 9,294 rebounds, dished out 3,522 assists, and recorded 1,630 blocks.
On March 31, 2009, the Sacramento Kings honored Divac's immense contributions to the team by permanently retiring his number 21 jersey in a special ceremony.
